Opening practice rotates: Day 1 is breathing and HRV (measurement-led), Day 2 is Yoga Nidra and movement (embodiment-led).
Breakout tracks run simultaneously. Attendees self-select one track for the 75-minute block.
Each breakout has 3 talks of 15 min each, followed by a 15-min moderated debate and 15-min open audience Q&A.
